No, our pickup and delivery service is complementary with every service appointment. You are however, responsible for gas and toll charges. 

Where will my car be serviced?

Are the drivers valeting my vehicle insured?  

We will service all of our cars at Volvo Cars Brooklyn Service Center.

They are not only insured but also go through a sequence of photos with you to document the state of your vehicle upon pickup and delivery.
